Privacy notice
Version 1 November 2026. This covers the Mosaic Terra website, including the landing page, kit access page, checkout and starter demo. This website
The landing page and demo do not ask you to create an account. No Google Analytics or advertising pixel is loaded. Your essential-only preference is stored in your browser. The hosting and network services may process IP addresses and request/security logs to deliver and protect the site.
Project enquiries
If you submit a project brief, we store your name, email, optional business and website details, selected services, project description and preferred timeline on our server to review and respond to your request. It does not subscribe you to marketing. No automatic confirmation email is sent yet. Enquiries are not exposed through a public read endpoint. Service briefs additionally store the selected plan, brand preferences, public profile links and approval requirements. Internal service preparation may also store draft content, source references, approval evidence, proposal scope and prices, branding preferences, temporary space holds and owner-entered metrics. These operational records stay private and follow the enquiry retention period. Owner access uses a separate secure sign-in session lasting up to one hour. Records older than 90 days are removed by scheduled server maintenance; final retention and privacy contact details must be confirmed before public launch. Do not include passwords or confidential customer records.
Free Starter Kit
If you ask for the free Starter Kit, we store your email address, whether you ticked the optional updates box, a private download link and how many times it was used. We use this to email you the download link. We only send occasional updates if you ticked that box, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. The email is sent from our Google Workspace (Gmail) account and the record is kept on our own automation server for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it at hello@mosaicterra.com.
When kit purchases are enabled
The planned delivery service uses a purchase email, payment session reference, order status and access tokens to fulfil a purchase and restore access. Card details will be entered at the payment provider's checkout, rather than in this site's forms. The selected payment and email providers will be identified before activation.
Order fulfilment and access recovery will be used to provide the purchased service. Security processing and its lawful basis will be documented before launch. Optional analytics will require a separate, clearly explained choice in our planned configuration. Buying a kit will not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and retention
The current access design uses a session cookie for up to 24 hours, email access links for 30 minutes and one-use download links for 10 minutes. Pending unpaid records are cleared after two days. Browser privacy preferences expire after 180 days. Final paid-order, accounting and security-log retention periods are not yet set and must be published before collecting real purchase records.
Sharing and international processing
Hosting, payment and email services may need limited data to perform their roles. The final provider list, processing locations and any required transfer safeguards must be recorded before launch. We do not currently load third-party advertising or analytics scripts on these pages.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal data, object to processing and receive a portable copy. Any future optional consent must be withdrawable through Cookie settings. A working privacy contact will be published before launch.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.
Live World
The separate Live World application opens only when you follow its link. Its integrations, storage and customer-data boundaries will be audited and covered by the final notices before public launch.
Anonymous analytics (updated 21 October 2026)
We use Google Analytics 4 in consent mode with analytics and advertising storage denied. It sends anonymous, cookie-free measurements (pages viewed, approximate country, traffic source and button clicks) so we can see which pages help visitors. No analytics or advertising cookies are set and no advertising pixels are loaded. Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC.
Visitor statistics (updated 29 October 2026)
We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits. It does not set cookies or store anything in your browser, and it does not identify you. It records anonymous page views, approximate country, device type and the referring website, so we can see which pages are useful. Provider: Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
