How the services work
After payment we contact you within 1 working day. Agent counts refer to configured software roles. Tasks, connected tools, monthly usage and reporting are agreed with you before activation; nothing is published or sent on your behalf without the approvals you set. There is no guaranteed income, traffic or business result.
Payment
Payments are taken by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Card details never reach our servers. You receive a confirmation email and an invoice or receipt. Subscriptions are charged monthly on the same date until cancelled.
Ownership and permitted use
The kit's template code is supplied under the licence in its archive. Websites we build for you are yours once paid; third-party assets keep their own licences. Your accounts, domains and data remain yours.
Cancellation
- Digital guide: you ask for immediate access at checkout, so your right to cancel ends once the download starts. There is no refund after download.
- Services (Website, Build with us, Hire AI): at checkout you ask us to start straight away. If you are a consumer and cancel within 14 days of your order, you pay for the work already done and the resources already used (setup, time, AI usage and credits). Once the service has been fully provided, the right to cancel ends. Fees paid are not refundable beyond what the law requires.
- Business customers: if you buy for your business, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply and all fees paid are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions: cancel at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@mosaicterra.com. Cancellation stops future payments from the end of the current paid month; months already paid are not refunded.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Complaints and law
